Abstract:
On basis of treatment results analysis in 932 patients (1000 operations) with trophic ulcers and protractedly nonhealing wounds of lower limbs, caused by different reasons but for the most part by chronic lymphovenous insufficiency, it has been proved that use of autodermotransplatation in complex treatment allows to reduce the treatment terms, decrease the number of complications in early postoperative period and to improve the treatment results and the quality of patients life. Introduction of preoperative preparation program in practice, including modern original modes of treatment and wound management, efficacious technique of autodermotransplantant fixation on a graft using biotissue ultrasonic bonding and active postoperative regimen management, allowed to improve treatment results.
