Abstract:
Chondroblasts and retinal melanoblasts have been transformed with a temperature-sensitive Rous Sarcoma Virus. At permissive temperature the transformed cells do not display their unique phenotypic properties. When such transformed cells are shifted to non-permissive temperature they do display their unique phenotypic properties.
