Summary

Thermal welding tonsillectomy (TWT) offers lower postoperative pain and reduced uvula edema compared to ligasure tonsillectomy (LT). Both methods ensure safety and hemostasis for tonsil removal.

Laminectomy for the Removal of Thoracic Ossification of the Ligamentum Flavum (TOLF) Using Ultrasonic and Conventional Osteotomes

  • Mean operative time showed no significant difference between TWT and LT.
