Abstract:
A case of a patient presenting a giant size mass compressing the SVC and IVC is presented. Chest X-ray, substernal echo-scanning, magnetic resonance tomography, etc. led to the hypothesis of a benign cardiac tumor or cardiac echinococcosis. However, surgical examination revealed a giant aneurysm of the coronary artery which was successfully treated.
