THE AIM OF THE STUDY was to assess the effectiveness of kinesitherapy in vertigo and dizziness.
Material And Methods:
One hundred thirty two patients with vertigo and dizziness, aged 19-71, treated by kinesitherapy and pharmacotherapy were examined. The control group consisted of 126 patients treated by pharmacotherapy alone. The effects of therapy were assessed by patients' self-control cards and electronystagmography (ENG) examinations.
Conclusion:
Kinesitherapy is an effective complementary method of treating patients with vertigo and dizziness.
