Acute left main coronary arterial thrombosis - a case series

Abstract:
Acute left main coronary artery thrombosis is an uncommon, but important clinical entity. We report 6 consecutive cases of acute left main thrombosis that highlight the spectrum in clinical presentation of this entity, and the potential of an initial medical approach in managing a subset of these patients.
