[Nd-YAG laser in the treatment of various forms of secondary cataract]

Described is the method of secondary cataract extraction by means of a Nd-YAG laser; the results obtained in 34 patients (12 adults and 22 children) are presented. Intraoperative complications--anterior chamber haemorrhages and rise of the IOP among others--had a transitory character and did not influence the final result of treatment.
