Conclusions:
- Allogeneic and autologous HSCT are feasible in Lebanon, yielding outcomes comparable to international standards.
- Despite socioeconomic challenges, Lebanese BMT centers achieve successful HSCT results for diverse hematologic conditions.
- The data supports the continued development and accessibility of HSCT services in the region.
