Avoiding the operated on look in multiple face lifts

- Modern facelift techniques can successfully avoid the "multi-operated-on" appearance, even after multiple revisions.
- Patient satisfaction is high regarding natural appearance, scar concealment, and hairline position.
- Clinical experience contradicts the common belief that multiple facelifts inevitably lead to undesirable aesthetic outcomes.
