Summary

This study developed a single-step purification method for immunoglobulin G (IgG) and its subclasses using L-histidine chromatography. This method successfully isolated rheumatoid factor (RF) and revealed its potential catalytic activity, specifically in IgG2 subclasses from rheumatoid arthritis patients.
