Lead-selective poly(vinyl chloride) membrane electrodes based on acyclic dibenzopolyether diamides

New dibenzopolyether diamides were synthesized for lead ion-selective electrodes (ISEs). ISEs based on compound 9 show excellent selectivity for lead ions over other heavy and alkali metal cations, with a wide linear response range.
