Tigroid pattern on magnetic resonance imaging in Lowe syndrome

Lowe syndrome, an X-linked disorder, typically presents with cataracts, glaucoma, and developmental delay. A recent case revealed a unique tigroid pattern on cranial MRI, a previously unreported imaging feature.
