Objective:
To establish a method for the determination of multi-composition in traditional Chinese medicine by module calculation.
Method:
In view of the law of lambert-beer, the modulue of two compositions was converted on basis of peak area by HPLC.
Result:
The modulues of four groups were gotten and the effects of validation were well.
Conclusion:
The method was feasible and could be used within a certain range.
