Adjustable tongue advancement for obstructive sleep apnea: a pilot study

This study shows that adjustable tongue advancement surgery is a feasible and safe option for reducing apnea-hypopnea index (AHI) and snoring in patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) who cannot tolerate CPAP.
