Summary

Narrowband imaging (NBI) enhances transnasal esophagoscopy (TNE) for diagnosing Barrett's esophagus in patients with laryngopharyngeal reflux (LPR). NBI improved detection rates, including dysplasia, in this otolaryngological study.
