  • Hematological tests indicated high WBC, low platelets, lymphoblasts, elevated LDH, and uric acid.

Findings:

  • Bone marrow aspiration and immunophenotyping confirmed pre-B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
  • Extensive skeletal involvement was evident, including leukemic lines and subperiosteal new bone formation.
  • The patient showed significant improvement with protocol-based chemotherapy.

Implications:

  • Increased awareness of diverse skeletal manifestations in childhood ALL is essential for accurate diagnosis.
  • Skeletal symptoms like limb pain and swelling in children warrant thorough investigation for underlying leukemia.
