Inverse relationship between thalamic and orbitofrontal volumes in obsessive-compulsive disorder

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is linked to inverse structural changes in the orbitofrontal cortex (OFC) and thalamus. These brain region alterations are specific to OCD patients and not seen in healthy individuals.
