    Conclusions:

    • Cognitive complaints are prevalent among young mothers.
    • Neuropsychological impairment is primarily associated with psychological comorbidity, not solely pre-eclampsia.
    • Targeted psychosocial support may be beneficial for mothers experiencing cognitive difficulties post-pregnancy.
