Summary
Ewing's sarcoma/peripheral neuroectodermal tumor differentiation was found in 7% of uterine serous carcinomas and 12.5% of high-grade endometrioid endometrial carcinomas. This finding is significant due to the poorer prognosis associated with this differentiation.
