Abstract:
Analyte focusing by micelle collapse is investigated as an on-line sample preconcentration technique in partial-filling MEKC with detection using UV and ESI-MS. Enhancement in peak height sensitivity of more than a 100 was obtained for model alkylphenylketones and dialkylphthalates using analyte focusing by micelle collapse-partial-filling MEKC with UV or ESI-MS detection.
