[The tactics choice for endoscopic bile ducts sanation in choledocholithiasis]

The results of treatment of 1420 patients, suffering choledocholithiasis, are presented. Three degrees of complicity of biliary ducts endoscopic sanation (ES) performance, depending on concrement diameter and pancreatic part of common biliary duct diameter ratio, were delineated. Differentiated tactics of treatment, depending on ES complexity, with predominant performance of transpapillary endoscopic interventions and lithotripsy, was elaborated. Application of the elaborated tactics of treatment had promoted lowering of the ES failure rate in 1.6 times, complications rate -- in 2.2 times and lethality -- in 1.5 times.
