[Forensic medicine aspects of treatment errors in psychotherapy]

With regard to jurisdiction various problems of malpractice in psychotherapy are discussed. Malpractice is described in diagnosis, differential diagnosis, suicidal intent, indication to therapy and treatment. Proof for malpractice and its damage in psychotherapy is difficult to submit in evidence.
