  • Transesophageal echocardiography provided detailed visualization of the mass at the aorto-mitral continuity, confirming its origin.

Findings:

  • A cystic ballooning subaortic membrane was identified as the cause of the LVOT obstruction.

  • Successful surgical excision of the subaortic membrane was performed.
