Comparative hazard characterization in food toxicology

Existing food safety risk assessment models are insufficient for comparing toxic substances. A new model, Guided Toxicology-assessment of Health Impact (GTHI), is proposed to generate Impact Magnitude Scores (IMS) for better food safety evaluation.
