  • Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare ulcerative condition.

  • Standard treatments include corticosteroids and other immunomodulatory agents.

Purpose of the Study:

  • To evaluate the efficacy of mycophenolate mofetil in treating pyoderma gangrenosum.
  • To assess treatment outcomes and adverse events associated with mycophenolate mofetil therapy.

Main Methods:

  • Retrospective analysis of 7 patients diagnosed with pyoderma gangrenosum.
  • Patients received mycophenolate mofetil for at least two months.
  • Improvement assessed by ulcer size reduction and decreased need for other therapies.

Main Results:

  • Six of seven patients showed some ulcer size reduction.
  • Four of seven patients achieved complete healing.
