Endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) G894T gene polymorphism is linked to abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) risk. Higher eNOS G894T polymorphism and 894T allele frequency were observed in AAA patients, correlating with larger aneurysm size.
