Summary

The risk of lymph node metastasis in G2T1 penile cancer is 9% in clinically node-negative patients. Dynamic sentinel lymph node biopsy (DSLNB) is recommended over inguinal lymph node dissection (iLND) for staging this intermediate-risk group.
