Vacuum-assisted closure for bilateral severe ischemic foot after revascularization: a case report

Vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) therapy effectively healed severe ischemic foot wounds, including those with MRSA infection. This wound healing system promoted granulation tissue and microvessel formation for successful stump healing.
