We developed a new method using stable isotope labeling tandem mass spectrometry (SILT MS) to analyze apolipoprotein E (ApoE) protein isoforms. This technique allows for accurate, simultaneous detection and quantitation of different ApoE isoforms, offering a less biased assessment.
