Dexamethasone in unexplained infertility

Adding dexamethasone to clomiphene citrate treatment significantly increased pregnancy rates in women with unexplained infertility undergoing ovulation induction and intrauterine insemination (IUI). This combination therapy offers a promising option for improving fertility outcomes.
