Effect of isometric handgrip exercise training on resting hemodynamics: a pilot study

Isometric Handgrip (IHG) training moderately reduced arterial pressure in two hypertensive women. Reductions in blood pressure were not consistently associated with changes in heart rate variability (HRV).
