LC-MS/MS multi-analyte method for mycotoxin determination in food supplements

A new liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method accurately detects 23 mycotoxins in food supplements. Most supplements were free of these toxins, with some containing fumonisins or ochratoxin A.
