- Pathological examination confirmed a typical endodermal cyst.
- The patient recovered fully with no recurrence on follow-up MRI.
Implications:
- Supratentorial endodermal cysts are exceptionally rare but require consideration.
- Differential diagnosis can be challenging based on imaging alone.
- Radical surgical excision is the recommended treatment to prevent recurrence.
