Summary

Labia minora hypertrophy, though rare, can cause urinary and sexual issues. Labiaplasty effectively resolves these problems with excellent long-term aesthetic results and no complications.

Background:

Labia minora hypertrophy is a rare condition that can occur at any age, with a higher incidence during puberty.
Significant hypertrophy can lead to functional issues, including urinary difficulties and problems with sexual relationships, impacting behavior and quality of life.

Observation:

Two cases of severe labia minora hypertrophy were identified.
Patients presented with functional and aesthetic concerns related to enlarged labia minora.

Findings:

Surgical intervention in the form of labiaplasty was performed on both patients.
The procedures were completed without any complications.

Implications:

Labiaplasty offers a safe and effective solution for symptomatic labia minora hypertrophy.
The surgical intervention provides excellent long-term aesthetic outcomes, significantly improving patient well-being and addressing functional deficits.
