[Lipid peroxidation parameters in the prediction of autodermatoplastic outcomes]

The authors have studied the significance of lipid peroxidation parameters for the prognosis and control of reparation during autodermatoplasty. Fifty-five patients with local granulated wounds of different origin were examined over time. The considerably activated formation of neutral and phospholipids peroxidation products - diene conjugate, cetodiene and Schiff base--in the plasma and erythrocytes of patients before surgery. The high informative value of the determination of blood Schiff base concentrations as a predictor of dermal autograft lysis.
