Abstract:
Two novel compounds, JBIR-07 (1) and -08 (2), were isolated from a large-scale culture of Streptomyces versipellis 4083-SVS6. These compounds were determined to be novel decanedienamide derivatives, (6E, 8Z)-3-hydroxy-8-(hydroxymethyl)-2,6-dimethyldeca-6,8-dienamide (1) and (6Z, 8E)-3-hydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)-2,8-dimethyldeca-6,8-dienamide (2), based on spectroscopic data.
