A case study of GOC in a 54-year-old Black female is presented.
Clinical, histological, and imaging features were meticulously evaluated.
The lesion exhibited specific radiographic characteristics.

Findings:

GOC demonstrates a high tendency for recurrence.
The cyst possesses aggressive growth potential.
CT scans provide crucial details on lesion characteristics and surrounding tissue involvement.

Implications:

Accurate diagnosis and careful management are essential for GOC.
Advanced imaging like CT scans aids in surgical planning and prognosis.
Understanding GOC's origin and behavior is key to effective treatment strategies.
