Background:

Digital management of educational resources is increasingly vital in medical education.
Vanderbilt University School of Medicine initiated a project to enhance digital resource accessibility for students.

Purpose of the Study:

To develop a centralized, personalized web portal for medical students.
To consolidate academic, administrative, and community resources into a single platform.

Main Methods:

A customized web portal, the VMS Portal, was developed using accessible software and database technology.
The portal offered individualized access to course materials, evaluations, and academic information.
Iterative development incorporated student feedback, usage monitoring, and feature requests over one year.
