Electrocardiographic screening in children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder

Electrocardiographic screening for children with attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) identified cardiac disease in asymptomatic individuals. However, the low positive predictive value and high cost suggest further research is needed to define its role in ADHD management.
