Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and sleep desaturation experience higher blood pressure levels compared to controls. This study highlights significant differences in wakefulness, sleep, and 24-hour blood pressure, indicating a potential link between COPD, sleep issues, and hypertension.
