  • To investigate the behavioral and electrophysiological effects of body inversion across varying degrees of rotation.
  • To examine how the presence or absence of a head impacts body inversion effects.

Main Methods:

  • Participants performed a delayed matching task with human body stimuli.
  • Body stimuli were presented at different rotation angles (0, 180 degrees) and with or without heads (masked face).
  • Behavioral performance and electrophysiological responses (N170 amplitude) were recorded.
