Abstract:
Monoclonal antibodies against platelet membrane glycoproteins and their agonists are very useful for clinical research on thrombosis and hemostasis. Several kits using these antibodies have been developed for the diagnosis of hemostatic and thrombotic disorders. Antiplatelet agents based on these antibodies have become an important therapeutic tool for arterial thromboembolic disorders.
