An arterialised venous flap using the long saphenous vein

Free arterialised venous flaps, including a novel osteocutaneous venous flap with bone, were successfully used in reconstructive surgery. These flaps offer expanded skin territory and incorporate bone, a previously unreported feature in such vascularized flaps.
