Enhanced tumor radiosensitivity by a survivin dominant-negative mutant

Inhibiting survivin with a dominant-negative mutant (survivin T34A) combined with radiation therapy significantly enhances anti-tumor effects in Lewis Lung Carcinoma. This combination therapy shows synergistic activity, increasing apoptosis and reducing tumor volume more effectively than either treatment alone.
