A unique case of congenital kidney and collecting system duplication is presented.
The anomaly involves a bifid left renal pelvis.
This pelvis receives the ureter from the lower moiety of a completely duplicated right renal system.

A previously undescribed congenital anomaly of renal and collecting system duplication.
