Correction of square jaw with low angles using mandibular "V-line" ostectomy combined with outer cortex ostectomy

This study shows that combining V-line ostectomy with outer cortex ostectomy effectively corrects square jaw deformities. Patients achieved a more aesthetically pleasing, slender oval facial contour with satisfactory results.
