Summary

A rare and aggressive squamous cell carcinoma of the prostate was diagnosed in a 69-year-old man. Despite radical surgery, the patient succumbed to systemic metastases, highlighting the poor prognosis of this rare prostate cancer.

Alpha-blockers: an effective treatment for prostatitis?
