Gabapentin use in hyperemesis gravidarum: a pilot study

Gabapentin therapy significantly reduced nausea and vomiting in hyperemesis gravidarum (HG) patients. However, two congenital defects were observed in seven infants exposed to gabapentin during pregnancy.
