T2 quantification for improved detection of myocardial edema

Quantitative T2 mapping accurately detects myocardial edema, overcoming limitations of traditional T2-weighted MRI. This technique offers improved accuracy for diagnosing acute myocardial infarction (AMI) without image artifacts.
