Vestibular evoked myogenic potentials (VEMPs) assess otolith function. Cervical VEMPs (cVEMPs) evaluate the vestibulo-collic reflex, while ocular VEMPs (oVEMPs) assess the vestibulo-ocular reflex, aiding neuro-otological diagnosis.
